Candy Training Courses
The operation of Candy follows standard industry practice and in theory could be used without training. However, Candy instils important organisational practices and without the proper use of these, users would lack the insight to realise the techniques that result in meaningful management information.
This implies that rather than teach from first principles, the courses show ways of getting data into and out of Candy rapidly and how to best use the software to standardise techniques.
We offer a full training program of one, two and three day courses to acclimatise new users and to introduce existing users to new techniques and facilities. Students are encouraged to explore features outside their usual domain so that integration with colleagues becomes easier.
Candy training courses does not form part of the monthly rental and license fee and will be charged for as and when required.
These courses are generally held at the CCS Training Centre in Southdowns Centurion with a maximum of 12 delegates per course, at venues in other locations, or at the client’s facilities.
All training is conducted by trained and certified Facilitators. The Facilitators have been accredited and certified by ETDP-SETA as Level 5 Facilitators with the ability to Evaluate Learning Intervention under SAQA I.D. 117871 & 123397 respectively – Endorsement Number US-36042.
